Fitness Friday: The Best Smoothies For The Fitness Chick

If you are into the fit –fam business ,it is pretty obvious that diet is a big and sensitive part of your routine as your diet life could destroy all the work you have put in to be fit.

Talking about diet, Smoothies are an important part of the fit-fam diet life and today I’ll would be sharing smoothie varieties you should try.

Basically making a smoothie involves blending in fruits or vegetables together and viola, you have your smoothie.

For the love of fitness , I’ll be sharing the variety of smoothies I tried out this week.

 

  1. TOMATO /AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

This is a recipe; I just tried out on my own. It turned out better than I imagine. Very healthy and the taste wasn’t bad either.

  1. BANANA/PAPAYA (PAW-PAW) SMOOTHIE

Basically, I have always had a banana smoothie .It turned out to be an everyday routine which eventually  became boring ,so I  decided to spice it up and add papaya(paw-paw )to it .  I enjoyed every bit of it; and, this is my favorite smoothie. It had a natural sweet taste and of course, it is very healthy as well.

  1. MANGO AND ORANGE SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is very fleshy because there’s a lot of fibre involved and both fruits are fleshy fruits. The taste is just right and very nutritious as well.

N/B: The mango smoothie is seasonal because mango is a seasonal fruit. But, you can get mangoes from local stores.

You could also try this smoothie individually, like the banana smoothie but the mix gives it the perfect taste and allows for variety.

Also, people add sweeteners or sweetened yogurt to their smoothies which is totally optional but it is best if everything in your smoothie is kept 100% natural and fresh.
