We love the freedom of grabbing whatever tickles our taste buds and downing it, hence having to always watch what you eat or drink sucks. Well, so does aging prematurely, battling weight gain and dealing with long term health issues; these suck even worse. Whether you are on a diet or not, feeding your body with chemicals posing as food is not the way to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Ayo Elizabeth Olaogun, a certified nutritionist helps us understand food labels and how to pick the right kind of drink to help your diet plans.
